Total Fines Control: DEM Modifier
Total Fines Control has been designed to be added to bulk material to minimise the water required for it to reach its Dust Extinction Moisture Level (DEM). Once added to the material the volume of water required to prevent dust stays reduced throughout the transport chain - from transporting and stockpiling at the mine, transporting to the port, loading onto the ship, unloading from the ship delivery to the customer.

APPLICATION
Total Fines Control can be added at any point water is added to the material. To get the even coverage of the material this is typically done with spray bars at conveyor transfer points or on conveyors.
