We prefer communication to come through either our website or via email. This enables us to track your requests and get the appropriate staff member to respond to your enquiry. It also helps us ensure we responded to you in a timely manner (ie. it is not on a fax in the bottom drawer or scrawled on a post-it-note under a coffee cup). Please include your phone number(s) in your email as in some cases it is easier for us to talk you though a question.

Our policy is to respond to all email correspondence within 1 business day. We use spam filters on our emails and occassionally it stops real emails, so if you do not receive a reply within 2 business days then please call us by phone to ensure we received your email.

Business Hours

Our business hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 12:00pm Saturday.

Phone

We prefer enquiries to come by email so our staff can answer your questions when they have time, rather than phone calls interupting their normal work. As our staff have to deal with calls during their normal warehouse operations, during busy times of the day (when we are rushing to get orders out) we will not be able to answer your call. Please leave a message including your phone number and we will call you back during the business hours above. Our policy is to respond to all phone messages within 1 business day.
