KISSS & Other Driplines

KISSS is the most advanced subsurface irrigation system presently available. It transforms the standard drip line from a point to a continous water source.

KISSS (‘Capillary Irrigation Sub-surface Systems’) was developed over a period of 10 years through research developed at CSIRO, Charles Sturt University and the University of Queensland.
In essence, the system consists of a unique geotextile material enclosing a polyethylene drip tube.The geotextile allows water to move through the material a lot faster than through the soil.
The fabric facilitates lateral distribution of moisture to hold the water in the root zone rather than seeping down and out of reach of the plant’s roots.

The KISSS WRAP system is designed for undulating lawns and gardens.

The KISSS FLAT system is best suited to flat areas to moderate slopes such as sports fields and large lawns.
